ABOUT ME
Maivi Carney
I am a Graphic Design student under an industry professional where I have spent 3 hours a day for the past 3 years focusing solely on Graphic Design and Illustration. This program hosted by my school's technical education department has allowed my to travel to state competitions for design and take part in those competitions, as well as work with clients from both within the community and in the industry proper. I am looking forward to attending post-secondary schooling for Design and specifically Visual Branding.

Pennsylvania College of Art and Design
This program was offered by my secondary school's technical education program, this offered me 3 hours a day under an industry professional solely dedicated to Graphic Design and Illustration. This program worked based off state standards and the advice of a board of industry professionals. I was in this program for the maximum allowed years starting in my sophomore year when students are first allowed to enter and ending with my graduation.
In the summer of 2023 I took 4 credits worth of PCAD classes for Visual Branding and Figure Sketching respectively. This was done to further my understanding of the processes so I could move forward faster within my second year of the OACTEP Graphic Design Program.
